YT-98H/YT-98H-A Fixed Gas Detector

YT-98H is a built-in pump-suction single & multi gas detector,with IECEx, ATEX certificate and non-contact magnetic wand design, it can be installed and operated in explosion proof areas, Oil & Gas industry. In addition to a 3-wire 4 to 20-mA output with relays, it also offers HART, Modbus protocols, making it compatible with most control systems. With optional wireless function, operator can view data on laptop, mobile phone or cloud system remotely.

Built-in high-suction long-life vacuum pump, the normal continuous working time of the pump is more than 12,000 hours. Compared with the traditional diffusion sampling method, the response detection speed is faster. It can be installed in a normal open area or underground restricted confined space to detect the gas concentration in the high altitude , effectively protecting the personal safety of maintenance personnel.

2.4-inch high-definition color screen, simulated menu icon, Chinese and English interface can be switched. Up to six gases can be detected at the same time, the higt and low alarm values are settable, and the unit can be switched.

Infrared remote control without opening the cover operation, three-wire 4-20mA, RS485, 1 group of relay output (up to 2 groups are optional), external sound and light alarm does not occupy relays.Optional 0-10V, 0-5V, 1-5V output.

Explosion-proof, lightning protection, anti-static, surge protection, waterproof, protection level IP65 Optional: sound and light alarm (integrated or external), water vapor filter cartridge, normal temperature automatic dehumidification drainage system, normal temperature dehumidification filtration manual drainage system, high temperature flue gas pretreatment system.

Wireless transmission transmitter and receiver (2km, 5km, 8km unobstructed), 2G, 4G wireless signal transmission (unlimited distance, can choose mobile phone card or data card, mobile phone card needs to be recharged). Data monitoring cloud platform: After the data is uploaded to the server, the user can read it remotely from the server, and multiple people can manage and read it at the same time, realizing record storage, real-time viewing, and other functions.
